A complete mix to which only water need be added because the dairy ingredients have already been added. This is a High Yield whipped cream topping and filling.
Each #10 can will yield 4 gallons or 24 gallons per case.
In addition, a 5 gallon yield per #10 container can be achieved by the addition of non-fat milk powder or 30 gallons per case.

quality as Bernard Instant Complete Whip-trene that is packed only 6/3½ pounds per
#10 can as against our 6/4 lb. can, and the competitive product yields only 3½ gallons per
can as against our 4 gallons per can using only water, and 5 gallons per can when extended
with non-fat dry milk powder. |
